Merry Christmas to OGR and fellow forum members.

Last year on Dec. 31st we lost our 4 year old Golden Retriever due to a kidney birth defect.

We started looking for a new family pal last month.   Last Saturday we adopted a sweet and smart 2 year old Corgi / Husky mix named Maggie from the Animal Welfare Society in West Kennebunk Maine.

"Thanks Brian, your pooch is a cutie!

I bet he is well behaved too!"

You know he is all boy. Yes, he is well behaved but he thinks he is a 200 lb. dog.

Mike, what a super Christmas gift for the entire family. I hope she brings you great joy. It makes it even more special that she is a rescue dog.

Mike, Maggie looks like she is going to be a great addition to your family.  Our 4 legged friends fill our lives with loyalty and happiness.  Thank you for posting the photo of Maggie.
