After cannibalizing a couple of "parts" Ives to get a working motor for a 3255, I have a perfectly usable 3252 shell and frame.
Is there a modern power unit that would fit and have the right wheel size/spacing, but give me more modern performance to match some of my LCT engines?
Is DCS too much to dream for?

I have successfully transplanted Marx single and double reduction motors in Ives electric outline shells. Just completed a 3250 with a Marx single reduction motors. Took about an hour to do. Runs.....well, like a Marx!
I know nothing about LCT or DCS. Sounds ominous to me!
I have also installed a Marx DR motor in a 3251 type and a Marx clockwork motor in a another 3251 type.
