For those of you familiar with ETS TRAINS in the Czech Republic - sadly I pass on the news that Gustav Taus the owner has passed.
From a personal standpoint I can only say that he was a wonderful person and I will miss him.
His obituary contains a quote credited to Thomas Alva Edison... "I've never worked a single day. It was always fun."

I am greatly saddened by the news of Gustav's passing. He was a great person and his line of tinplate trains brought a lot of joy to me and to the many others who used his products here and in other countries around the world.
It is with a real sense of loss that I write this.

Very sad to hear of his passing,I had the pleasure of meeting with him at his shop in Prague about ten years ago.
