Since 32" radius is O-64, it should not be a problem at all.

In actuality the 263E will even pull a full work train consist thru 027 Lionel tubular conventional track & switches, if it has too. I do not recommend this for longevity running however it does run thru the 027 stuff, 810 Carne Car and all.
Both the original Lionel & the MTH Repro P2, were run on my 027 Christmas layout a few years back.

thanks, this gives me some thoughts to keep in mind in case I decide on loop-to-loop [instead of circling that is]
I have a 263 that will pull four O gauge Blue Comet cars around an 031 layout with no problem. The same with the 260 with the pendulum reverse unit, that is the nice thing about prewar steam locos in O gauge. Now all I need is a 256 electric, maybe I will ask the Easter bunny! LOL!

I just missed out on a real nice 260E P2 Christmas train, it sold before my pay check came in, I do not use my saving for my O Gauge Hobby, so I lost his one. It happens!
