MTH, are you listening???    This has been requested numerous times here... Often by the same folks.

There is a new breed of Standard Gauge enthusiast coming on board nowadays.  Some of us have crossed over from O-Gauge.  Others are simply enamored with the charm of large tinplate trains and are blessed with the space to run/display them.

We missed the earlier offerings of Tinplate Traditions circa 2005-2008, and would jump at re-issues of those products -- even though we're just now coming up on 10 years since those products were last offered.  The secondary market for these items is not like what we're seeing in O-Gauge.  From what I've observed, the Standard Gauge crowd tends to hold on to their purchases over the long haul, and there's little if any "churning" of one's Standard Gauge collection as we see in O-Gauge.  Perhaps some, but not nearly to the degree that I've observed for O-Gauge.
