On April 22, I was at the FWRHS attending a crew/car host safety meeting, and I had the opportunity to visit a place of wonders: the firebox. First off, I will say that the firebox was the dirtiest place I've ever been to. Crawling head first through the butterfly door was the biggest challenge, but I could stand up straight once I was in. Moving around the firebox was a struggle though because the ground moves when you walk on the ash grates (I don't think that's the correct name). But my volunteer day was pretty good!

In other news, there is a chance that I will be a car host on the Joliet Rocket!

We did find your camera, Brody. It's in the office.

Okay, I should be back next week and I'll pick it up then. By the way, I read Steve's email you sent me and thought it was pretty funny.

If anyone is confused, I left my camera at the shops on Saturday and emailed Kelly asking if he or anyone else had found it. Kelly forwarded this message from Steve Winicker:

We picked it up and hammer tested it last night.  It failed.  However it is on the first shelf by the radio.

Good one Steve!
