They look like OGR/Ameritowne buildings.
They do look like Ameritown kits. Everything about them including the steps looks like Ameritowne.
I can't answer your questions about Korber as I have none of their buildings. I'd suggest looking through an Ameri-Towne listing to check yourself. From what I see and know having done lots of Ameri-towne buildings, you could reproduce exactly these two buildings using two of their kits.
