I agree that MTH should seriously consider producing Amtrak Viewliner cars and the ACS-64 electric locomotives. The Amfleet passenger car fleet while are still giving good service since first entering service in 1976 (40 years ago) are being supplemented by the Viewliner baggage cars which are in service, baggage dorms, diners and additional sleeping cars (which are coming next) both in Northeast Corridor and east coast overnight trains. The MTH model of the European Taurus ES-64 is a close cousin to the ACS-64 however I understand that MTH produced their model in 1/45th scale which would make it a little larger than U.S. 0 scale of 1/48 scale.
