At the recent Asheville Train Show we met a nice fella named Harry from the south Asheville area. He visited the clubhouse and asked to join. (We haven't turned anyone away yet!). He also donated a Premiere SD70 in the EM builder's scheme and we gave it a run last evening. What nice gesture and a beautiful piece!

We have 12 members plus several wives with our chief electrician moving to Miami next month. Ed was a founding member and will be greatly missed. I have a contract on their house to close in early May which is making his wife very happy!
We welcome new folks even if you can't make the weekly meetings. We have two out of state families who contribute and show up occasionally
