I can't really see to guess. It's too dark.

I also didn't review, but wasn't it mentioned the wheels might have to come off? (I don't know this, I just thought I recalled mention of it.)

The first time mine was taken apart, it took me about twenty minutes to figure out the frame to shell fit was so exacting, the slightest tilt would wedge it to a stop. But a perfectly executed pull and it came apart easy. I wonder if that might be a similar thing happening here too?

IMO, on board plugs, it's almost always best to pry the male &female apart if you can as to not stress or pull up circuit traces (paths). Knowing how the lock tabs work helps. There are also special tools for this, though few folks, including techs, actually use them.
