Well you could come to my home and play them for me...so it could get easier!  LOL!

Derek thanks for the hard work (if you can call it that) bringing these to us!  You are an asset to the hobby.  I know that term gets used a lot around here but I believe that you offer a really great service!  Keep up the great work.

Hey Marty. It is work to an extent. I'm on my lunch break at work and feel like I've been hit by a truck. I thought "Vacation" was supposed to be relaxing?!? That all being said there is still a "rush" from getting the scoop and being on the inside track. It's also nice to get a few shout outs from Howard and the rest of the Lionel crew during the seminar on Friday.

I have watched the numbers climb steadily the last three years. It's slow growth but it's consistent. I might be ahead of the technology curve with our product, but I think I'm in the right spot for the future. You'll hopefully see some tweaks to the show in 3rd and 4th quarter of this year that would allow us to take the next step such as a dedicated app, etc. Bottom line is, I'm going to continue to grow and innovate the show until I no longer see a need to have a show.

I think many folks who listen to the show can read between the lines and see that it should also be a busy Fall for Lionel... good things are coming and I'll be there to get it out as soon as I can.

Derek,

Thank you for posting and podcasting from the Double Tree Hotel for the LCCA convention.  We really appreciate you doing this for the club and the hobby.  You are a pioneer in this great hobby and we have become good friends because of Notch 6.  Thank you.  I hope your wife and Henry had a good time.  I did hear Henry say Choo Choo!
