It's our fourth year of wall to wall coverage of the Lionel Collectors Club of America National Convention. We'll be in Kansas City all week with the LCCA with a new feature interview every night. Guests on tap for the shows this week include Mike Reagan, Mike Phillips, and Lionel President Howard Hitchcock.

Night 1 - We kick off the convention talking with LCCA President Al Kolis and Roger Farkash from TW Trainworx. Roger has a few new projects in the works including a 1,200 square foot museum layout that we'll discuss. We'll also talk about a replica of Kansas City Union Station that he built for the convention. Have a listen to the episode below:

Night 2 - Tonight we visit with Jim Eudaly and discuss his C&O Hinton Division Layout. This is a layout almost 50 years in the making. An excellent conversation about modeling and running a prootypical O scale railroad.

Night 3- It's history day in Kansas City! We'll visit with Al Kolis and recap the history focused tours from the convention as well as discussing how we all can promote the hobby of O gauge railroading to the community around us. Tonight's feature interview is with Jim Asplund, a volunteer at Kansas City Union Station. He gives us a history of this grand station as well as an overview of railroading throughout the decades in Kansas City.

Uhhh..... while I'm sure the folks at TW Trainworx would love to tackle a 12,000 square foot layout, that's bigger than the living area in most elite mansions nowadays.  And since TW needs to install the finished layout in just over 90 days, they'd probably pass on the opportunity for 12,000 sq.ft., and just keep it to the 1,200 sq.ft. layout that Roger mentioned in your podcast.

Hey Eric - what went wrong?  #78 was fine, but when one clicks on 79 - you announce it as 80 and historical subject matter on night three.  What happened to the "real" 79 and the C& O Hinton layout for  night?
