NYC Operating Boxcar with Signalman

I have this car, it has been ran on my layout a few times. But I never operated the signalman

I would rate this car at C8 condition

I've been an admirer of you for a few years since joining the forum.  Thanks for the reply.

I'm not that familiar with the C8 rating you gave it.  What does that mean ?  I plan to use a ERR mini commander remote to allow operation anywhere on my layout, as suggested by a few forum members.  Also, what would you want for it ?
