OGR Digital Magazine Login Details

Rich;

Sorry to bother you with this, but I seem to be having the same issue. I was able to get in to the December issue a few weeks ago, but now my password doesn't work. Could I ask you to reset my password?

Thanks

Paul, I reset your password to last name and zip code.

Thanks Rich. Worked like a charm - and the January cover already gave me an idea for some scenicing I am starting to do.

Hi Rich,

My daughter renewed my OGR print subscription again in November 2016, and this time also added the digital subscription as well. Hopefully OGR can confirm this.

I tried logging-on to the OGR Electronic site this morning and followed the 1st-time sign-on procedures using my e-mail address of s.johnsen@sbcglobal.net as my ID, and the my Last Name + zip code as the password, but it did not work.

Can you re-confirm that I am approved to use the OGR Electronic site???

Regards,

Carl

Rich, I haven't logged in for a while and am getting the authentication login error. Please let me know how to access the digital library.

Bob, you log in HERE with your email address and password. I reset your password to your last name and zip code. The email address in your record ends in "dyne.com." is that correct? If not, you can log in with it and then change it to a new email address. You can also change the password if you wish. Once you get logged in to this page, you'll also be able to log into the OGR Digital Library.

You did not have a password in your account, so I set it to your last name and zip code. Use the same links in the post above  You have only one issue left on your Digital Subscription. Have you received the email renewal notices?

I ordered the print copy Dec 11 just wondering how long it takes to get ?

I'm writing this from home so I don't have the production schedule in front of me, but you should get a magazine very soon now. We have served one issue on your subscription, so I know it's in the mail somewhere!

Thanks

I suddenly have an issue logging in.  I was able to access Run 290 fine about a month ago, but now I get an authentication failure.  How do I find out what's wrong?

Hmm...  I thought it was set up for auto-renewal, I guess that doesn't work?

All Auto-renews were stopped when we migrated everything off the forum and to our new subscription management system back in May. We sent emails about it back then. Legally we must have specific permission to do an auto-renew. We had those permissions here on the forum, but not on our new subscription management site.

In addition, credit card companies are really tightening down their restrictions on auto-renew services of every kind. Auto-renews are not accepted by any of the credit card companies on foreign addresses now, for example. Too much fraud and ID theft.

Because of all this, we no longer offer any auto-renew subscriptions.

That explains it, I did see an email, but I "assumed" that I would be renewed automagically.   Obviously, I was wrong.

Hi, I finally got around to trying to log in to the digital library and find that it does not accept my last name and zip for the password.  Could you please check it and reset it for me?  Thanks!

FIXED. It will work now with last name and zip code for your password.

If it ain't broke we'll keep fixin' it till it is!

Hi Rich,

I noticed that my replies to Forum topics are not showing my "Digital Subscriber" label next to my name.

I am new to being a Digital Subscriber as of December 2016 / January 2017.

Is there something that I can do to update this??

Or does it have to be done at your end??

Regards,

Carl J

FIXED.

Some of you are having trouble logging in to the OGR Digital Library. We recently upgraded our subscriber management software and during that process, new passwords had to be assigned.

For a first-time login, use your EMAIL ADDRESS for your user name and your LAST NAME and ZIP CODE (with no spaces) for your password.

If you want to change your password back to what you prefer to use, CLICK HERE and enter your email address and the LAST NAME and ZIP CODE password. Once you log in, you'll see where you can change your password.

I have tried several times with my "old" password and now trying to get into the digital subscription with password McKanna60010 and mckanna60010.  Not working for me.   I signed up for digital on Nov 18, 2016 and today is my first time trying to gain digital access.  Help please.
