Mark you are right,  I actually just set the train on the track and was not paying close enough attention to the wheel placement, I was ill, my head felt like a bowling ball when I did it, that's what happens when you get in a big hurry to do something ,  I am going to replace it soon ,  was experimenting on how to place picture on title page and never got around to replacing it.

Here are the specs of the Bridge Rectifier I used on my ZW from Radio Shack.

Forward Voltage Drop: .......................................... 1.7 Volts
