I have a 9x16 Fast Track oval with a passing siding. I have 4 separate wire runs 2 to each section. I would like to run 2 passenger trains with one stopping as the other takes off but don't really want electronic relays. I can block power at both Fast Track switches and can use one transformer or two. I have attached a not so great track plan with the power feed locations.

Do you mean automatic operation (hands-off)? Or are you "in charge" of power so that you can, for example, run one train 10 full loops and then manually switch to running the other train?
Also, why the aversion to electronic relays?
Yes on the first option, I want it automated for the trains to stop and start every time around.
