He sold me a nice MTH RS 3 at a great price and installed a BCR2 in it.

He is very pleasant and easy to deal with.

Pat is great!  We do all our ordering from him as well and try to stop in whenever we're driving to the 'Burgh.  We still really appreciate the extra time he took to check all the new berks and polar express sets before shipping.

Made my first trip to Pat's trains yesterday.  I was looking for some Atlas track and Pat took care of me big time.  My family and I loved walking through his place looking at all the inventory he has. My kids where overwhelmed lol.  Pat is a class act no doubt and I will definitely buy from him in the future.

It's always fun when we're hanging out up there and someone new comes in. Almost all of them come to a dead stop about four feet in from the door and stand there looking around at everything. The kids usually break loose first because TRAINS!

PPS:  These days I don't shop anywhere else.  First class guy and he's smart too;  that whole "West Virginia" thing is just a cover.  I suspect something far more sinister than toy trains is afoot....

There is a rumor that Pat used to work for the CIA, or maybe it was M5.  I think he may have known James Bond.

So far great service for my internet orders. Only 90 miles or so from Columbus so not many opportunities for UPS to do their thing with the packages. Next time I am at the Wheeling Casino will be checking out the store.

Pat is definitely a class act.  He interceded for me with MTH when I had a problem with a loco.  Made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase, and offered to refund my money if I wasn't.  Needless to say, I still have the loco and will continue to buy from Pat.
