I found some history regarding this building.
Without knowledge this building was related to railroad, I made it because i found that looks good and had something.
Well here is the short history related to the building.

Well, it was a rooms for Souther Pacific RR workers.
Now is an Hotel.

Nice shape and brickwork. A bit better might be better in some ways, as AG is hinting, I think.
I have three (well, two and a half - one is yet unfinished) hotels on my layout. they make a good subject to model and look good on a layout. A little bigger than yours, though.

That front could be used to make just about any sort of business. You might consider offering that front as a stand-alone for folks to use as a basis to make all sorts of buildings.

I have another hotel in the pipe line. As you say they are a subject for any downtown close the RR station.

1/4 thickness MDF with a laser engraved brick pattern. After is assemble you will feel in your hand a solid structure.
