Try recharging the batteries?

Press and hold the reset button on the back for 10 seconds with the batteries installed.

Bind button?

The reset button on the back of the CAB2 is on the back where the SCROLL & SELECT buttons are on the opposite side, it's a small recessed button you push with a bent paperclip or similar.

The reset button on the back is the same as a power cycle.  holding it for 10 seconds has no effect and is the same as a quick press.  The Reset button on the back is used to program the remote at the factory.

Best is to remove the batteries, and reinsert them to see if this clears up the problem the OP has.
