I believe you have the 6-18832 Pennsylvania RSD-4, catalogued around 1995. If so, the complete replacement truck (no motor) is part #610-8806-201; the side frame is part #610-8806-070. Interestingly these parts are also used on the later version SD-18 models (6-18806 New Haven, 6-18808 Atlantic Coast Line, and 6-18810 CSX). I believe I have a spare pair of blue side frames (used on the CSX SD-18) in my parts bin. These could be easily repainted black to match the RSD-4.
