Yes they were delivered 5 stripe DLGE.
Then they became 5 stripe tuscan
Later Two units were moved to freight service and repainted to single stripe DLGE with large angled number boards.
Norm,
Just to add to the above post, the PAs, along with all other PRR passenger diesels, were not painted Tuscan 5-stripe until Aug 1952. Some stayed in their original DGLE for some time after that until they got around to be painted.
Thanks guys. I have an MTH set in tuscan. I do not recall ever seeing any in DGLE.

Norm, in the late 90s MTH made a set of Pennsy DGLE PA-1 with small number boards (which Pennsy engines were)in Proto Sound. Also they a few years back MTH made them in DGLE this time wit the PA-2 large number boards in PS-2. Search the MTH website you should find both sets. I wanted the PS-2 set but not with the large number boards. Pennsy never had these. What Pennsy did was modified their small number boards to what I refer to as "billboard"large number boards.
I just searched for the these. Could not find a green set from the 90s like I thought. There was a red set but thought also a green set was offered. But the PS-2 set is from the 2004v1 catalog 20-2477-1.

Hi Norm,
If your question was in regards to model trains, yes. I have the ABA MTH set (20-2477-1), 2004, Vol. 1. It is five stripe DGLE, PS2.

Rich,
Actually,I was thinking about the prototype. As it is I have 2 sets in tuscan:MTH and Lionel.
As it is,I did not remember seeing a PA done in DGLE. Apparently I missed them.
Thanks for everyone's responses.
