Here is an upgrade of the Coal Turbine B unit to PS-2. This is one of the harder upgrades because of the way the tether is routed through the truck. Basically a double S. I swore off doing another one. BUT...had a customer who wanted one done and did not want the tether anyway. So we installed PS-2 into both units. I fit the board between motor and added speaker over the hole in chassis where the slave would normally be. Really has impressive sounds with both unit. The Turbine sound file is pretty loud to start. G

Nice! Did you remove the original tethers and use the original couplers?

George, I did one the same way and it is so loud I have to turn it down every time I run it

Joe, Yes from A to B, but the B to Tender remains and the tender coupler changes to PS-2. The scissor connectors remain on the A, B and tender front.

Yes Matt it really is loud! Lots of smoke too!. G

Nice.. Do you run it as a Lash -up or give both the same ID ?
