Hey All,
My wife and I have decided to fix up and sell our home for a bigger place. Seriously thinking about storing our locos and rolling stock so that we can stage the home with as much space available as possible. Should I do climate controlled or regular storage for this stuff? It will probably be in storage for approx 4-6 months, and I live in Nebraska. Thanks for your input.

Climate controlled if your trains are important to you. Level of security at the storage location would be my primary concern. Rodent control would also be a factor. Jmtcw
Climate controlled for sure, think about the small difference in costs compared to the $ in your trains / boxes.
There is no way I would put my expensive trains in a non climate controlled storage unit. Pay a little more and keep them cool.
