This 6-28228 has a bad rear coil coupler (intermittent--short to frame or shorted coil...not the wiring to the plug) and it appears that to replace it requires removing the rear truck. I don't see how it is removed except by starting to remove any screws I can get to, and learning by the hit and miss method. The engine runs fine with the coupler unplugged, and I am tempted to forget it so as to not make an 12 hour job for myself.

But can anyone give me a starting pointer on removing it?
