Short answer: No!
The DCS folks do software upgrades at their group meeting on Wednesday evening, and Mike Reagan is on-hand to answer questions at Lionel's booth in the Orange Hall, but none of the manufacturers have technicians/repair people at York (as MTH did some years ago), and I'm not aware of any dealers who might be handling repairs at York.

I think J & W Electronics, the BCR people, might do DCS upgrades at York. If not I know you can at least drop off your locomotive with them to do at their shop.
They've been in the Purple Hall but I'm not sure if they moved to the Orange Hall or not. You can contact them ahead of time at the link to be sure.
They have in fact moved to the Orange Hall for several York's now.
