Ok, guys, I have a few questions about DCS I was hoping you could answer for me. First off, let's start at the beginning. I have a modest collection of MTH Premier steam locomotives, and I just ordered my first Lionel Legacy engine. My current method of operation is basic DCS with the Remote Commander. Obviously I'll have to upgrade to the whole enchilada at some point. My questions are thus:

First, what Legacy features are accessible with DCS, i.e. Whistle Steam, Tower Comm, DynaChuff, etc.

Second, is it possible to run both PS3 and Legacy engines on the same time on the same track with all features accessible?

Your answers and opinions are greatly appreciated.

Be aware that you'll need a Lionel command base (TMCC, Legacy, or Base1L)  to control Legacy (or TMCC) engines from a DCS Remote. Any of the Lionel bases will do. You'll also need an MTH cable #50-032 to connect the base to the DCS TIU.

Pretty much whatever would be available when using a TMCC Cab-1 controller.

Yes.
