Only suggestion - I would have shaved off and sanded all of the louvers in front hood where you added more so they're all the same shape/size. One might say that you won't see them when the unit is moving, but then you won't really see the entire column of louvers you added either.

 

If you want to get really anal, you can shave everyone off on the entire unit and re-add them to make them ALL the same, but even that is beyond my care factor/perfection level.

I can live with it, I eyeballed it from 3 ft and it is livable, though, strictly speaking, you are correct. Basically, I just was undermotivated. And yes, it is getting a trainphone

 

Having tested the sound, I've taken it back out while I install new headlights(two LED's on each end for the Pyle lights) and am going to light the number boards. I want to get the wiring in very carefully before I install the cards; besides which I have to put a new speaker on the sound card and mount the enclosure under the fan grill after I put the front headlights in (space issues).
