John,

What really makes it slick, is you don't have to remove the Atlas Track from your Layout to achieve it!! Guess I will have to order a couple and try it!!

Fred,

Yes I removed the rails from the Sensor Track and then discovered there were small plastic tabs that stick up from the roadbed.  I used a dremel tool and carefully cut each one down to the level of the molded in ties and ballast.

Thats pretty much it GRJ.  There are little plastic nubs that stick up from the roadbed base that need to be trimmed then the Ross Track just sits right on top of the Sensor Track base.  The cork roadbed height matches the height of the Sensor Track roadbed.  Works great.

Here are a few of the earlier pics enlarged to help show what was done.  Next time I will take a few more pics of the entire process of altering the Sensor Track.

Take your time and have a buddy or clamp down the Sensor Track when cutting off the plastic nubs that go into the FasTrack rails.  The whole process took less than 30 mins.  I plan on doing another on Saturday and will document the process from start to finish.
