Show off your train room decor

Great idea Vince!  I don't have many pictures but a few of the clocks on the wall at the top of the stairs as you enter the train room...the old air conditioner is gone now and has been replaced with a nice framed train picture....

Thanks guys!!....Actually, I add up all of the times on the clocks, divide by the number of clocks, add or subtract for daylight savings time, adjust for the curvature of the Earth with respect to the local elevation, take into account the time zone, and then look out the window to confirm the position of the sun...of course using a sundial as a backup.  If it is a cloudy day, then I am all messed up!!

Trying to wrap the upper part of the walls with signage.

Here's one wall of my train room. I call it "The Great Wall of Hiawatha." The fiberglass sign at upper left is real - I got it at York from a guy who got it from a Milwaukee Road employee who liberated it from a warehouse when the Milwaukee Road was merged into the Soo Line. The railroad put these signs on locomotives, cabooses, and buildings instead of stenciling the herald. 

The NP print at upper right is a bit incongruous, and has been replaced with something more appropriate since the photo was taken.

In the 3rd pic, I had that Pennsylvania plaque for many years. My mom got it from Avon when she was a distributor back in 70's. Through many moves over the years, it came down off the wall during a minor earthquake when I was living in Alaska back in the early 90's and shattered. Guess the plastic just got brittle. Ahh...memories.

RickA  A friend of my wife had one on there wall ( they were not in to train's they just like it ) my wife found that for me about 20 year's a go she look a long time before she found it, she past away over four years a go so I don't know were she even got it there a lot of things that are in those pictures that she got for me she liked the train's to we did a lot of rail fanning trip's together .
