Some intermountain 2 bay kits, and an MTH (I think) twin bay hopper.
On one of the Intermountain kits I removed the lettering and added Kansas, Oklahoma & Gulf decals. The KO&G became part of the Missouri Pacific Lines.

Here a pair of MTH MoPac U30C's pull a coal train.

I have the complete 22 car set of Atlas H21a hoppers in brown with the circle keystone. I'm working on my second set to have one train taking coal to the power plant and one taking empties back to the coal mine. Great looking cars.

Thanks Matt and Spence!
It means a lot.
Like a lot of guys, I'm a hopper guy! I prefer 2-bay open and covered hoppers; but its the interiors that get me excited!
Thanks,
- Mario
I don't have any photos, but here is a video of my PM Coal hoppers.
I only have 5... they are kind of hard to find.

How in the world do you keep from tripping over the track. At my house, I would be the first one to do it. Nice run!!

Thanks Mark! The layout has been down so long, the family is used to it. I DO get a grumble every now and then from the wife, but she is very supportive of my hobby!
Repainted MPC...
And then there's this thing...
Here is mine and yes you do see a CB&Q U25B pulling the N&W coal drag.

In an earlier post to this topic I mentioned I was working on my second set of Atlas' PRR H21a hoppers with the circle keystone. Well, no more. Thanks to Beth at Public Delivery Track, I found the last 4-car set I needed to complete the 22-car series. Thanks Beth!

BAR GP7 #63, Johan, Really nice B&M hopper car and great weathering job! Did you custom paint the hopper car or was it made by one of the manufacturers?
Nice idea for a thread, boin106! Although I haven't taken an official count, hoppers are probably second only to boxcars on my freight car roster. Here are a couple of not-so-highly-detailed Weaver 2-bay coal hoppers that I weathered and added coal loads in an effort to improve their appearance...
