Here is my Walther's Station - Customized to represent a Nickel Plate Road station.
Robert - Thanks!
The brick is a rubberized mat made by Lemax and available in many stores during the Christmas season. Comes in different lengths. I did have it in use for a few roads, but currently am just using some for the station and parking lot area. Hope to use more in the future when I have more space!
Peter, love your layout and train stations along the Santa Fe Trail.
Thanks Scott, Truck Train, Steve & Marty (for your second contribution). Marty, please add your wonderful South Station if you get a chance.
Thanks everyone for your contributions.
Great Post, I love Railroad Stations. Thanks for the photo's everyone.
Still trying to figure out this digital camera; miss my old Leica and Kodachrome 64.
Anyway here are four shots of Union Station (PRR, LV, NH & NYC).
This first is the lowest (subway) level, then two at trackside, and finally one of front of the station at street level.

Here are several Train Sheds bought from buyers over the last several years before they were shipped out.

jim your train sheds look very nice. We have enjoyed using the ones we bought from you. You are a GREAT GUY to work with on projects.
From long ago.......The gray kit-bashed with the water tower was my overhead urban station.
These pics are from 2002-03.

Thanks to Cesar (love the SF Heavyweights), Mike W., Zigmont (beautiful photos), Jackson, Mikey (beautiful interiors), Jim with his terrific sheds, Jay Jay, Peter, and Roger.
From the number of posts, it sure demonstrates that everyone loves train stations. Roger's Rico Station reminds me that I have to photograph mine and post it here.
I have a partially compleated train station, that hides my tracks going through a wall. the blank side wall still needs some buildings to show the town around the station. I used parts from the plasticville airplane hanger to make my train shed. the platform now has lights and people. The main station is an HO power house, to give a forced perspective.
This is my pride and joy. A scratch-built of the Milwaukee Road station in Wausau, WI.
It's about 31" by 9".

Sure, Anytime!
Stations add so much character to any layout particularly when it focuses on the steam era.
I got my station shot while doing a running session and it turned out pretty nice. I like the added character from the figure.
The station on my windup layout is made of cardboard and really adds to the toy like character of the scene.
David I love the cardboard station.

Thanks Joe K (very novel idea), Art, Zett (one of the nicest custom stations I have seen), Paul, AC, Mike, David, and AG (great night shot).
Here is the Lionel 132 station (with automatic stop) on my 027 layout.
David, I like that brickwork. Who makes it? TIA

Back on the 50s I was given the red roof version of the Noma Station and it was a sure favorite. This station is long gone, but I still love them. Your green roof version is very nice.
Passenger Train Collector
Thank you!!!

Awesome subway stations!!!!!!
Here is the train station in the town of Beawslaiw circa early 1950's. Beawslaiw is a rural town on my layout. It is along the Southern Pacific mainline somewhere between San Francisco and Los Angeles. This depot services the Southern Pacific and the Brisbane & Bushong Railroads. Matt
This pic was just posted on Bill's night shots thread, but I'm posting it here too since it shows my Crescent Locomotive Work's passenger station...
Crescent platform...
