Finished laying track on the bench work connecting the two reversing loops. Installed 10 Tortoise switch machines today and had a successful test run. Still need to install the IntuiSwitch turnout controllers.
The first two photos give an over view of the layout room. Center area where wood is stored will be a large peninsula.
Looking back at the half wall. The nearby track has a serious grade and will limit train length unless double headed or doubling the hill...

Hi Mark,
Yes, it is a lift out bridge so my wife can access a rear patio - that she never uses... 48" long, I built it 20 years ago; on it's third layout.
