Using an MRC Dual
With a TPC 300
And Legacy
I can shift via Legacy from Conventional to Command mode.
When in Conventional mode I can use the whistle/bell slider on the Legacy remote to activate the Postwar whistle.
However, there is just not enough "juice" to sound the postwar whistle unless I run the engine very fast or place it in neutral.
Would there be any solution to "up" the voltage to the whistle at normal operations?

I wouldn't be surprised if running conventional via Legacy and a TPC "blocked" the voltage increase typical to blow the whistle when done via a traditional transformer. I'd be curious what others say. I assume it works fine when running via a standard transformer?

Yes....the engine and tender (postwar) are working as they should.
They work well with a postwar transformer.
And the whistle works via my system but the "extra" voltage needed to blow the whistle is just not available......the whistle is attempting to sound......just not enough voltage at normal operating speeds.

To blow a motorized air whistle in conventional mode, you would need to blow the whistle with the transformer whistle control. This adds a voltage boost to the track to help power the extra whistle motor. Using the whistle button on the remote does not add the voltage boost.

I don't have the voltage boost that the postwar transformer provides.
I was looking to see if a solution is or might be available to provide the "boost" in my present operational enviroment.
