Brian, you are correct.  That is the work of Jim Williams.  He is a very talented and gifted electrician and craftsman.  

 

When it comes to trains he "knows his stuff".  TMCC, DCS, LEGACY, bring it on and he will resolve the issues and get it ALL running.

Jim, you nailed it.  The green LED's will assist the operator in determining traffic flow based on switch allignment.  GREEN indicates the turnout is aligned for normal (usually straight) and a RED LED will indicate a diverged setting.

 

The YELLOW LED's on each yard let light up if the track is POWERED, weather occupied of vacant.  Power is controlled by the staggerd toggle switches along the left side of the panel.

 

The panel is mounted above grade.  If you look closley on theft you can see tracks.

This weekend.  Saturday & Sunday 10:00 - 5:00.  

 

I will be there about 1:00 Saturday afternoon.  I think Art will be bringing his posse down earlier.

 

Sunday I will be there from 10:00 - 5:00.
