Years ago I started a 23' steel dump car similar to Western Wheeled Scraper design. The project got shelved for some reason. I am interested in getting this project finished but do not know how much interest there is in a non-operating dump car model. The model can be posed in dumped position but it must be glued as such. It is a resin kit and very well detailed, albeit, it doesn't dump. The resin is simply too delicate for this to happen. Is there any interest in such a car for a work train or aggregates company? Two decades ago Don Winter did a nice model for the D&RGW wooden side dumps which are similar to mine although mine are steel.
