Anyone want to raise this topic for discussion again? I really would like to hear what the Eastern Division actually feels about bringing this great little money-maker back again. The National TCA is always trying to raise money without burdening the members with dues increases. If the National TCA would sponsor the auction, earn a reasonable 10% from the sales of items, I think that it would be a well accepted way of raising some needed funds while providing a nice service to attendees.

Anyone else interested in this for the April York meet?

If they bring it back you can count me in too. Think it be kind of fun at a real auction unlike Ebay which really isn't an auction in my opinion.

Anyone that is interested in the auction should volunteer to administer the auction. There's lots of work involved.

Allan, They have people that will run the auction. The eastern div. doesn't want it for various reasons.
