I have upgrade a Gas Turbine, the Veranda Turbine, and now I have recently completed a Coal Turbine Upgrade. While plenty of room, the trick on this one is tether connection from the Lead A to B unit. This engine doesn't have traditional Truck blocks to add the tether connection. It has 4 pin draw bars. Because the way this long engine maneuvers around curves, the tethers have to come out via the trucks, not shell in my opinion.

I had to modify the B unit harness to remove the protective rubber and replace to route through the pilot truck. I also had to modify the lead unit harness, using a Diesel kit longer harness and a modified draw bar.

I hit a trifecta this weekend but the first one was American Pharioh

I'm jealous-I have all 3 of these that need the same done and the Veranada you've already done. Wish they were mine.

I wish there was a way to add TMCC to mine and have the Turbine sounds. Lionel is sold out of the old boards. Bummer.

Maybe some day I'll send you my MTH turbines and let you do your magic with DCS/PS2/3.
