Check out this ebay listing. Looks funny and creepy at the same time. I guess this conductor didn't make it. But would be ok for a Halloween Layout, door greeter to the room.

If they had the head, and put it in place of the lantern. THEN, it would be REALLY creepy.

Rick, that would be true. It's not that the head is missing that looks weird, but it's the plants coming out of the head area that look weird. What a great additive to a Halloween Layout. All aboard the Pumpkin Express!!
Lionel won't be happy about this. Quite a few of these were damaged in shipping. Lionel requested that the dealers just cut the heads off and return them to Lionel for a replacement. They had them only ship the head back to save on shipping thinking they would have no value and the bodies would be disposed of.
