Thanks for the welcome back! My interest never waned, it was just I had a major life-changing event that caused me to have to move and thus lose my space.

Don't have those, I've moved to all PH180 transformers, they have great circuit breakers and 180 watts of real power output.

I can't get any response from a NOS power master using the TMCC power adapter cable being powered from a CW-80. No gteen light on the PM-1 . Command base works fine. 

IS the fuse installed and good in the cord?  Does the CW work otherwise?  G

Yes, The fuse is in place, and tested ok. I've since gotten a PH_1 ,and still... No green light on the power master. Is it possible for it to be defective from just sitting without use?

Anything's possible, sometimes electronics just craps out for no good reason.

If the manual is to be believed, something is amiss...

9. Turn on the PowerHouse Power Supply. At this point, the green light on the PowerMaster illuminates to indicate that the PowerMaster is receiving power.

If you are SURE you have power to the unit, at least the pilot light is broken, and likely more.

Well, apparently even though the " Lights are not on, and nobody is home" the PM-1 works fine. It responds just fine to all commands both in Conv, and Cmd modes. Must just be the l.e.d.s are gone.

That may have a bulb, they're pretty "long in the tooth".

Now I have another issue: Last evening, a Command equipped locomotive seemed sluggish and not responsive, but finally started running O.K. Now, today: it won't even make one loop around the track. I put a conventional locomotive on, and set the PM-1 to "conv", and it runs fine. I reprogrammed the LCR2 in the locomotive, but still it's not responding at all.

Starting to get really frustrated and going back to the " bad" days of memory with this TMCC stuff.

OK! SOLVED! Learned something new.( I didn't know it would run in conventional). I switched it over to conventional, It ran fine.. So, I pulled the shell off checked the antenna lead, checked to make sure the LCR2 was seated , and Voila! Runs like a charm... Now, I'm truly " Back" !!

   Glad you got everything running again, next you will need a bigger transformer and

take a good look at all the cool Legacy stuff now available, I added a new Legacy Shay engine to my layout this Christmas season also.  You can also control the new FasTrack

Command control wireless switches right from the Legacy Cab2 remote control, a way cool operating option for sure.
