Try Brasseur Electric Trains in Saginaw, MI bought K-Line's entire parts inventory, and will likely be your best source. Brasseur has the K3790-X007 traction tire for the regular production SP GS4, which should fit the TCA version too.
I've found that traction tires are becoming harder to find, especially on late model Lionel locomotives. To make matters worse most modern traction tires become very brittle and break apart rather quickly, and I would guess that new/old stock tires sitting in storage would also suffer from this condition. With that said, I can recommend two alternates: trimming a suitable rubber band to size and gluing it to the wheel or creating your own using liquid plastic, commonly sold as Bullfrog Snot. Bullfrog Snot is brushed on to the bare wheel and then left to cure at room temperature, resulting in a traction tire that will perform just as well as the original. There is no risk to damaging your locomotives, as Bullfrog Snot can easily be removed and reapplied as needed.
Hope this helps!

I've been told from the best repair tech's that mth makes better tires then Lionel, if you just buy a micrometer and measure the wheel diameter in MM and you can then call mth at 1-410-381-2580 and order the proper diameter tire to fit what ever locomotive you have no matter what brand it is!
just give mth your wheel diameter and order what you need!

I had a email from Happy Papp, OGR member, as a source of some Kline K3790-x007 traction tires for the TCA GS4. Please send me an email:
