When they ship G scale engines, delivery guys always stand them on end. No matter how well they're packed, I always end up fixing a high percentage.

 This engine is smaller and I wouldn't have expected to see this much damage unless it was thrown. A single drop couldn't do that much damage. I'd have to guess that a delivery truck got in a accident?? I am actually shocked even after seeing how many of mine have been messed up.

 Horrible! It's important for people to see this so they learn how to ship. The packaging must push on the stable parts of the engine and not on the protrusions which usually aren't that stable to support the weight. A sliding engine in a box can self destruct in shipping. I got a used USA trains engine that the trucks were snapped right off! The person didn't install the foam shipping blocks back in that push on the nose and tail to keep it tight during shipping.
