Ugh! Little Joe Damaged on Arrival!

I jinxed myself when I recently posted "Risky time for train deliveries". A lot of folks chimed in how they never had freight damage, which made me feel better. Opened up my new Little Joe Electric to find one of the electro-couplers broken off and buried in a black dense foam pad and driven further all the way through the styrofoam case. My other experience was similar regarding an M1a, where the cow catcher was bent/cracked all the way back into the pilot wheels. Seems folks like to drop engines "on end".
