My trains have broken down but not the MPC era stuff ,its the modern k-line diesel plymouth which burnt out and engine , the O60 Lionel switcher which just died stopped dead, hmmm seeing a trend here fellas? the mpc era issue was the GP20 long island unit which as it turns out is a well known bug-a-boo ie. the magnetic well plates out of alignment, so looking for an 8030-100 motor truck assy..........other than that its only been the odd traction tire, and the k-line GG1 how do you make the pilot trucks track properly issue.

Sorry about your bad luck, but it happens to us all from time to time. I'm going to take a stab in the dark about what may of happened to your engines. Unlike the MPC stuff your trains probably have the modern control systems in them. An electrical issue in your tracks could effect them adversely but the MPC's E-units would not be effected at all.

In any case have fun fixing them!
