They won't be at Trainfest this year. I called them two weeks ago to update my credit card for the Toy Train Review series, I asked if they were coming.

Brian,

You have a great layout that is certainly worthy of being in a Tom McComas video, and so does Marty. However, Brian, Marty has one thing you do not have and that is Ralph the cat. Being Ralph's agent and lawyer, I negotiated for months with Tom McComas to make sure that Ralph is featured in the video of Marty's layout and is paid handsomely in sardines and cat treats.

Seriously, congratulations to both you and Mary on your layouts being in the TM video. I will be buying this video and Brian, Marty and Ralph can autograph it for me, provided they pay me first

Erol

No Erol, Brian doesn't have a cat but he does have a wonder dog named Cody.  I sure hope they will show him in some part of the video as well as Brian's beautiful wife Elizabeth.

Congratulations Brian, this video will give me and Lady a chance to really see your layouts.  This video is already on my "must have" list for November.

For those who have never seen the PTC (Brian) layout, you will be in for a big treat.  It is one of my favorites.

Have you posted pictures or videos of your layout on the forum?

Well Marty, I don't care much about you and Dotty, but is Ralph a member of SAG? Is he entitled to reasonable compensation for his efforts in the video and will he be getting residuals? I think these are important questions that we need to have answered before this video is released.

No disrespect Brian and Marty, but I will be buying the video because of Ralph's presence, not because of two spectacular layouts that will be on the same video. I don't want you to be confused about this.

"I'm actually very surprised your scale PE could handle those 042 curves.  My scale PE barely ran on 048 and always derailed on 048 switches.  I sent a work crew out and widened the line to 060 and 072.    She likes this line much better!"

I placed the scale PE train in the Christmas in the City portion of the layout strictly for this production. I would not recommend this, but I was surprised that it actually negotiated the 0-42 curves. This is why we are re-tooling the layout in the first level of our home to 0-72 to handle the scale PE. It's time on the main layout is over.

Congradulations to both Brian and Marty on the production of what will be a greeat DVD.

For me Pam and Cassie we will be able to relive some highlights of our August 2014 vacation. I was thinking before I got to the part where you [Brian] said Marty's lay-out would be on the video it would be a nice combination and rememberience. I also look forward to seeing the second lay-out on the video also. I hope there is a brief shot of your livingroom in the video, I loved it [Christmas year around].

And yes I will confirm Marty, Dottie, Ralph, Brian and Elizabeth are all great hosts they welcomed us on short notice; I was only sorry, because of time restraights we could have not been together longer.
