Wanted - Battery cover for Lionel CAB-1 TMCC Controller

I have a Lionel TMCC controller with a loose battery cover. Apparently two of the four small tabs that hold the cover in place are broken off. Has anyone else have experienced the same problem? The photos show two CAB-1 covers- one with 4 tabs, another with 2 tabs.

I have one for my test bench that the tabs just don't hold all that well, I just tape it on with clear tape and change the tape when I change the batteries. Dale Manquen may have a cover, I know he fixes these and may have some old parts around.

They're $3.50 from Lionel for a gray one, $4.10 for a blue one.
