I have a New Haven 6464. Overall the car is in near pristine shape. No rust, crisp, good graphics and paint. 

I have noticed warping in the shell. See photos below. I don't expect to be able to fix this but is this common in Postwar 6464s? Hope this won't get much worse...

I also see the car doesn't sit "straight". Rather it leans. Any way to fix this? I don't see any obvious way to do so.

My apologies for the slow reply. 

 

There is no obvious heat damage to this car. It has no rust and is as clean and pristine as they come. I will have to take the shell off to look at the frame/trucks more closely. I'll try to do so tomorrow 

I assume the "red thing" in the photo is what is seen on the side of the car - that is the door seen through the gap in between the shell and the frame. It is the New Haven 6464 with orange doors.
