For those of you who have not seen this great engine yet.
Just found this, look closely at the smoke that seems to issue from the front sides:

I think this is Marty's Kodiak Junction layout.
If so, Marty could you tell me if you were controlling the S-2 Turbine in your video below to speed up like that, or was it doing that in reaction to a grade or voltage variation on the track?

Well its autumn and Thanksgiving is coming up, so the grain must be on the move:

Many of the mechanical puffers made in the 1980's and 90's featured "Steam from the Cylinders". If you look at the units, there was an off-set pipe that ran from each side of the smoke unit to the top of the cylinder saddle on the casting. Most of the scale and near scale steamers of this era had this "feature".
