Looks like the RailSounds power & serial data connection.

They're the connections for a sound board.
Specifically... third rail, ground, open, serial.
They're not used on that Pullmor motor-equipped F-3 because the sound system is found in the dummy unit.

Not for my PWC Texas Special, I bought the A Unit first, followed by the B-Unit with the Legacy Railsounds, FatBoy Speaker and SuperBass.
I have the same B-Unit on my PWC Southern ABBA, and that B-Unit sounds so good, I usually turn the Dummy A-Unit sound lower.
