There was an older gentleman who used to post on this forum.
I believe his signature said something about a "Bear Carpet Railroad" or something like that.
He had at least 5 or 6 large Challenger/Big Boy type locomotives he used to post pictures of.
I believe he was in a veterans home in California.
Last post I recall from him, was something about moving in with his children, and he deleted all his posts.
He was a nice guy, and I think...I think he was bald and had a beard.

Are you talking about Killian, he is a veteran who lived in California and had a carpet layout
in a Veterans complex. He was a great friend of mine, and we lost touch with each other about
two years ago. He went on to something else. He was a very nice guy, I miss him

I too often wondered what happened to Killian. It was interesting to see someone enjoying O gauge trains in such a limited space. Hopefully he is well.
