I was getting dressed this morning and decided to untangle the mass of ties in my closet and found this one. I don't remember where I got it. I guess being in this hobby for the better part of 35 years it's to be expected. Sad that I can't remember, but happy to find the tie and wear it to work on Thanksgiving Eve! HAPPY THANKSGIVING to all my train buddies.

There's one listed on ebay right now. I bought one several years ago but don't remember where I got it from. Lionel had a small catalog/brochure with clothing, jackets, shirts and other items back in the 1990s. I may have ordered it then.

I had one of those back in the day. What a great tie.
Hey Skip, It was a licensed item, but not available through any of Lionel programs such as the Sidetracks line. Places like the TCA Museum Gift Shop carried them.
There are about a half dozen different Lionel ties that have been issued over the years.
Ed, coincidentally, some dude named Wagner had a mention on that very page of the Inside Track. Hard to believe that was almost 20 years ago...
